By using our remote connection service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Description
Our remote connection service allows ICS technicians to access your computer or device remotely to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance.
2. User Consent
By initiating a remote connection, you explicitly consent to allow our technicians to access your device. You understand that the technician will be able to view your screen and control your device during the session.
3. Data Privacy
We respect your privacy and will only access files and information necessary to resolve your technical issue. We do not store, copy, or distribute your personal data without your explicit consent.
4. Session Recording
Remote sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. You will be notified if recording is taking place.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for backing up important data before the session and ensuring that sensitive information is not visible during the connection.
6. Service Limitations
Our service is provided “as is” and we make no guarantees about the resolution of technical issues. We are not liable for any data loss or damage that may occur during the session.
7. Payment
ICS remote support is a chargeable service. By connecting to a remote session, the customer agrees to pay the fee associated with the provided service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the remote session at any time. You maintain full control and can disconnect at any point during the session. By proceeding with the remote connection, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms of service.
